We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Amazon Account and PPC Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Amazon presence.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor or Seller Support teams to enhance our overall account performance.
 Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
 Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
 Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
 Handle customer service and customer queries.
 Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
 Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications: Â Proven experience in Amazon Account Management. Â In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon listings, inventory management, etc. Â Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Amazon Seller Central. Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Â Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Â Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
