We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties:

· Answer the phone quickly and professionally, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging repeat business

· Evaluate customer calls/emails/texts and other inquiries and assign the best technician to each service appointment.

· Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.

· Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.

· Record the results of each service call and maintain lead tracking and call logs.

· Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting Wired Electrical Contractors.

· Submit all Tesla forms

· Track and manage any warranty issues

· Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.

· Follow up on leads and unsold work from our technicians.

· Solicit customer feedback

· Schedule project inspections and communicate with Inspectors and homeowners

· Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.

· Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow up is appropriate.

· Alert managers quickly to significant customer issues.

· Maintain customer database and schedule

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in customer service.

· IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.

· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

· Strong verbal and written communications.

· Ability to build trust and defuse conflict.

· Highly motivated, flexible with a great attitude

· Must live near the Marlborough/Hudson area for occasional meetings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.37 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:
