Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
 Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
 Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
 Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
 Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
 Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
