What You'll Do:
As an RBT under the guidance of our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you'll deliver personalized, one-on-one behavior interventions that help our clients shine. Your dedication and passion will empower children to achieve their full potential.
 ** This RBT role is set in home - You will be working and providing ABA within the home of our clients ***

Responsibilities:  Provide direct therapy in individual sessions utilizing ABA techniques described in the treatment plan at the direction of the BCBA (goals, targets, methods, and schedule are all directed by the BCBA).  Learn data collection methods and keep data according to BCBA direction.  Collect data as instructed using technological programs provided by Innovation Behavior Services.  Effectively communicate with Parents/Guardians and Innovation Behavior Services personnel.  Attend and successfully complete all assigned training within timeframes allotted  Possess or obtain the RBT credential within 30 days of orientation and maintain it throughout employment.  Completes time sheets and session notes as described in policy and in a timely manner.  Reliable attendance (>95%)
Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED Preferred: BachelorÂs degree, MasterÂs Degree highly preferred.  At least 18 years old.  Tech Savvy  Current valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation  Successfully completed State and Federal Background Checks  Successful OAG background checks  Child and Adult Abuse Clearances.  CPR certification
