Position Details: REMOTE Medical Call Center Manager...
Pay: $23/hr.
Training & After Training Schedule: 8/hr. Shift M-F between the hours od 8am-9pm EST.
 All Equipment Will Be Shipped To Your Home***
Job Details
 Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
 Manage daily attendance for the team
 Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
 At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
 Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats
 Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance
Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS CALL CENTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Â Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role. Â Excellent leadership and communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
