Compensation

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with various teams to support the execution of the monthly close cycle.
• Prepare and post general journal entries, maintaining accurate records and files.
• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current practices and recommending improvements.
• Prepare and analyze accrual-based financial statements, including trend and variance analyses.
• Maintain detailed reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: Experience in the healthcare or public accounting environment is preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy, conciseness, and strong attention to detail are crucial.
• Team Player: Ability to function well as part of a high-performance team with a positive attitude.
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
