As a Virtual Assistant at our well-established virtual assistant agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by handling a variety of administrative tasks and projects. You will be the primary point of contact for many clients, helping them achieve their goals in a flexible, remote work environment. Skills
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Proficiency with internet and computer tasks
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
Responsibilities
 Organize, filter, and respond to emails
 Conduct online research on various topics
 Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule meetings and appointments
 Engage with clients via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, email, etc.
 Create, proofread, and edit PowerPoint presentations and other documents
 Accurately input data into systems
 Make travel plans and arrangements
 Assist with organizing and coordinating events
 Update and manage client relationship management systems
 Help with the creation and distribution of newsletters
 Oversee and manage social media accounts
 Develop and implement workflows and processes
 Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports
 Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed
 Offer support and training on new software and make recommendations
Qualifications
 Associate or BachelorÂs Degree
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or creative role
 Availability to work at least 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week)
 Availability Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST
 Commitment to a one-year agreement
 Ability to pass background and reference checks
