Key Responsibilities
 Deliver outstanding customer service to users through email communication.
 Investigate and resolve issues within the app by reviewing account details and customer inquiries.
 Collaborate on special projects with leadership teams and act as an advocate for our users.
What We're Looking For
 Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
 Ability to work effectively from home; previous remote work experience is a plus.
 Technologically savvy with familiarity with both Android and Apple systems.
 Based in Georgia with reliable internet access and a desktop or laptop computer equipped with a camera and microphone.
 Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
