Location: Remote or In-Office if located in desired area
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:  Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.  Manage and maintain a customer ÂSales lead database.  Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.  Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.  Education and Training provided on-the-job.  Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.  Develop a strong knowledge of the companyÂs products, processes, and services.  All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.  Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.  Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.  Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.  Self-motivated.  Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac  Pass a background check.  Pest Control customer service experience preferred.
