Job Summary
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting businesses, credit unions, and veteran associations with HR-related inquiries
Qualifications
 High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
 Ability to teach, coach, and train others effectively
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Sales and management experience is preferred but not required
 Motivated, coachable, and customer-oriented individuals
Responsibilities
 Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
 Provide information about HR services to clients and assist with their needs
 Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
 Maintain a positive attitude and strive to meet or exceed performance goals
 Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Salary
$24.50 + Bonus
