Job Title: Call Center Agent...

Shift: Open (hours vary, must have open availability on nights and weekends)

Salary: $12.00/hour

Location: Work from Home if you reside in Michigan

Duties and Responsibilities: • To conduct political surveys over the phone using a given script to prospective voters. • To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company guidelines. • To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management. • To follow the rules, regulations, and policies in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued by management. • To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services

Requirements

Experience: 0-3 Years of customer service experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:
• Attendance and a positive attitude are the main keys to being successful at this position.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
• A strong attention to detail
