What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels
 Develop recruitment plans and strategies in partnership with hiring managers to promote a diverse workforce
 Maintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview outcomes
 Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in recruitment processes
 Establish and enhance positive work relationships with staff, faculty, and administrators
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
 Four (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, specifically performing recruitment activities
 Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting and employment
 Ability to communicate effectively through both oral and written means
 Proficiency in computer software specific to the position, including spreadsheets and the Internet
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
 Two (2) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activities
 SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
 Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies
 Experience in organizing and processing large volumes of applications for employment
