What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call, addressing topics such as benefits, eligibility, and claims
 Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select optimal benefit plans
 Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and specialist connections
 Assist customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency
 Research complex health-related issues to provide accurate information and solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
 Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
 Must be 18 years of age or older
 Ability to work any shift between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday, including occasional overtime and weekends
 Must reside within a 100-mile commutable distance of Greensboro, NC
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Familiarity with health care or insurance environments, including medical terminology and benefit plan design
 Experience in social work, behavioral health, or working with vulnerable populations
 Background in sales or account management
