The Opportunity
IBC - Industrial Supply Plus, Inc. is currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Data Input Clerk. This role can be performed remotely or in-office. This entry-level position is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date, accurate, and working efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
 Accurately entering and updating information in the company databases.
 Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
 Processing and managing invoices, spreadsheets, and other documents.
 Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security at all times.
 Communicating effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
Desired Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
 Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles is considered a plus.
 Experience with database software.
 Previous experience in a similar data entry role.
 Good data analysis capability for identifying trends and patterns.
Compensation: From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
