Job Description

The UPS Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to shipments, deliveries, and customer information. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Responsibilities
• Accurately enter shipment and delivery data into our system
• Update customer information as required
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Maintain... confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with generating reports as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with UPS systems and processes is a plus
