Role Responsibilities
• Ability to adapt easily as procedures/assignments change
• Ability to multi-task and organize
• A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Available to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands
• Call center simulation testing
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and/or clerical experience in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment
• High volume in-bound call center experience
