Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Excellent written communication skills
 Previous customer service experience is a plus
 Ability to type quickly and accurately
 Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
 Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customerÂs complaint
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
 Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction
 Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
