Job Description:

Amazon is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our Live Chat Customer Service team. As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat. • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Document interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system. • Provide information about products, services, and order status updates. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary. • Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon’s services, policies, and procedures. • Gather customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements.

Requirements: • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Educational Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • College degree preferred but not mandatory.
