Job Description:
Amazon is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our Live Chat Customer Service team. As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat. Â Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Â Document interactions and resolutions in the companyÂs CRM system. Â Provide information about products, services, and order status updates. Â Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary. Â Maintain a thorough understanding of AmazonÂs services, policies, and procedures. Â Gather customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements.
Requirements: Â Excellent written communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Â High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. Â Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Educational Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required. Â College degree preferred but not mandatory.
