As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:  Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide... product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries  Deliver personalized and efficient service to enhance the customer experience  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Qualifications:  1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems  High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
