DixinUSA is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Rep to join our team. As a Call Center Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints. This is a remote position that offers great flexibility.
Responsibilities: Â Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Â Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues or complaints. Â Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and details into the system. Â Follow call scripts and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. Â Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Â Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Â Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
