DixinUSA is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Rep to join our team. As a Call Center Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints. This is a remote position that offers great flexibility.

Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues or complaints. • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and details into the system. • Follow call scripts and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
