About The Job
Play a vital role in ensuring high quality and timely delivery of the applications. Responsible for implementing software changes, debugging, and identifying corrective actions for overall functioning of the application. Responsible for reviewing requirements, making system updates, conducting needed testing with users and deploying changes using pipelines. A key aspect of this role involves reviewing client needs, make needed changes to the application, conduct unit/integration... tests, perform UAT prior to deployments to ensure application software runs smoothly, meets client needs, and remains secure and cost-effective.
Key Role and Responsibilities:  Work on day to day client support  Analyze tickets/change requests, perform needed software enhancements/changes, test/UAT, deploy as per AT&T standards  Review enhancement requests, make design changes, test, deploy  Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.  Stay up to date with latest AT&T / Industry standard tools and technologies.  Document all changes being made to application  Review and address Astra security alerts  Run software scans and address open items  Address cost containment initiatives pertaining to Azure resources  Perform Azure infra changes (such as create PEs in line with AT&T and MS recommendations)  Run pipelines to create/delete/update Azure resources and update pipelines as needed to keep pipelines updates and current  Perform Scrum Master activities like PI planning and open and close iterations.  Work with application owner to prioritize tasks and allocate to relevant iterations.
Required Qualifications:  Requires 5+ years experience in .NET, C# and MS SQL Server technologies  Strong knowledge and experience in APIs.  Strong knowledge and experience in application development using Windows operating system and opensource frameworks experience (e.g., Github, JFrog, .Net). Object-oriented programming experience (e.g., .Net).  Strong knowledge and experience with database technologies and scripting (e.g., relational, SQL, python, javascript, etc.)  Secure network protocol and tools experience (e.g., SFTP, JDBC, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), TLS, Connect:Direct, OpenSSL, etc.). Web API experience and architectural styles (e.g., REST), ability to create and modify batch jobs  Strong knowledge and experience of software methodologies and processes  Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD and platforms, Azure Dev Ops  Experience with configuration management systems (e.g., git, etc.)  Experience with web applications servers and containers (e.g., IIS, etc.)  Experience with automation frameworks and platforms (e.g., Katalon, etc.)  Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process  Experience with performance and/or security testing  Experience working with clients, gathering requirements, analyzing, designing a solution and creating design documents for developers.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree
This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days minimum office presence. This role is only available at the posted locations. Full remote work is not available for this role.
Our Lead System Engineering, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
