 The outside Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in driving growth at Paubox.
 Responsible for researching and understanding the target market, generating leads and working lead lists, and qualifying prospects.
 Posess a proactive and results-driven attitude, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 Work closely with Account Executives to strategically target key accounts.
 Maintain clean data in CRM system (HubSpot).
 Identify and research new leads to add into prospecting cadences.
Requirements:  BachelorÂs degree or relevant experience  A hunger to succeed in tech Sales  Initiative to go above and beyond to thrive in a startup environment  Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas (preferred)  Proficient in HubSpot (preferred)  Ability to think strategically and execute on abstract ideas (preferred)  Adaptability (preferred)  Previous experience selling into... healthcare (preferred)  Know what the acronym HIPAA stands for (preferred)  Contributed to the growth of a new Business Development team (preferred)
