Description:
• The outside Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in driving growth at Paubox.
• Responsible for researching and understanding the target market, generating leads and working lead lists, and qualifying prospects.
• Posess a proactive and results-driven attitude, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with Account Executives to strategically target key accounts.
• Maintain clean data in CRM system (HubSpot).
• Identify and research new leads to add into prospecting cadences.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • A hunger to succeed in tech Sales • Initiative to go above and beyond to thrive in a startup environment • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas (preferred) • Proficient in HubSpot (preferred) • Ability to think strategically and execute on abstract ideas (preferred) • Adaptability (preferred) • Previous experience selling into... healthcare (preferred) • Know what the acronym HIPAA stands for (preferred) • Contributed to the growth of a new Business Development team (preferred)
