Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathetic and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Educational Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
