ROLE SUMMARY
As a part of the CorePower Yoga (ÂCPYÂ) team and a fast-growing retail fitness brand, you will be a part of an exciting digital transformation of our business and will help to improve and create technology solutions that revolutionize the industry. The Associate Systems Admin is a key member of the Digital Tech team supporting both CPY operations and custom development of the Digital Product Team. This role will work directly with our Senior Systems Admin and Engineering teams to support studio staff in setting up new classes and POS functionality, debugging issues that are occurring in studios and on the web, and supporting new studio openings.
This role is temporary: September through December and requires 5-20 hours/week. Role can be remote (not restricted to a certain location).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
 Work with studios to update and manage teacher point-of-sale (POS) access
 Work with Senior Systems Admin to:
 Configure or update settings in our POS
 Troubleshoot and document issues for both in studio and web use cases
 Import, export, analyze, and update data for ad-hoc requests
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
 Comfort working with modern software and familiarity with products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, or other productivity products like G Suite
 Great communication skills  this role works cross-functionally with many different teams, studios, franchises, and more
 Solid organizational skills  we are busy! We work on lots of different projects, answer questions, conduct training, and more. Ability to shift focus areas on a dime is a bonus.
 Attention to detail  there are lots of moving parts and pieces and many details to keep in mind
 Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
The preferred candidate will have:
 Familiarity with Yoga or Fitness Industry
 Familiarity with a POS system
COMPENSATION
Minimum wage or $15/hr, whichever is higher
