Responsibilities
 Build and maintain clients address books and input contact information
 Input data into clients systems, update databases, and create basic reports
 Manage personal tasks for clients, including reminders for important events and monthly expense management
 Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines
 Handle calendar management, including scheduling meetings and syncing devices
 Manage email communications
 Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense input and budget calculations
 Conduct online research for clients and prepare data in an accessible format
 Convert notes to clients preferred document formats
 Prepare clients for reports and presentations, including proofing and writing
 Research and arrange travel and accommodation for clients
 Manage clients accounts, transactions, and Bitcoin transactions
Qualifications
 Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 Excellent problem-solving skills
Education Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 AssociateÂs degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
