Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files
• Assist in coordinating meetings and virtual events
• Generate and prepare reports as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
• Basic knowledge of Amazon’s operational processes is a plus
