Essential Functions/Responsibilities
 Manage executive appointments and calendars.
 Organize and manage emails.
 Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
 Handle social media management.
 Create and optimize workflows and processes.
 Conduct research and recommend new technologies.
 Update and manage CRM systems.
 Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants.
 Assist with project coordination.
 Plan and coordinate events.
 Provide support with personal tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
 Experience in an administrative support role.
 An in-home office setup with a Mac or PC, a webcam, a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office.
 A fast and reliable internet connection.

Additional Information
 This is a 1099 contractor role.
 Compensation is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset, paid monthly based on contracted hours.
 Opportunities for various client engagements are available, though hours or clients cannot be guaranteed.
