The Senior Financial Analyst  Reporting & Systems, assists with the administration, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems that support accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Primary system focus is OneStream as the EPM -Enterprise Performance Management - tool used within the organization. Responsibilities include master data management... alignment across systems, data load tie-outs and reconciliations, centralized reporting development and distribution, monthly financial reporting and analysis, systems training and documentation, rolling forward templates for forecast and budget scenarios, and system security management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 Support administration of the EPM system, ensuring its reliability, availability, and performance.
 Monitor system health and address any issues or errors promptly to minimize downtime.
 Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
 Support other financial systems as necessary.
 Act as system super-user to provide training to others in the organization as necessary on reporting and system enhancements.
 Develop and maintain system user guides as necessary.
 Establish efficient processes around system deployment and use with a continuous improvement mindset.
 Support master data management to ensure consistency across all systems.
 Perform data load tie-outs and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through the monitoring and continuous improvement of data integrations.
 Interface with Information Technology Services to ensure system configuration, version and underlying infrastructure is maintained.
 Develop and maintain centralized reporting solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders.
 Distribute reports and analysis to relevant parties in a timely manner.
 Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and optimize reporting processes.
 Assist with financial reporting queries and ad hoc analysis as part of Monthly Management Review and Budgeting/forecasting processes
 Support the creation and maintenance of templates for forecast and budget scenarios.
 Coordinate with business unit and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely input of financial data.
 Support the rolling forward of templates to facilitate ongoing forecasting and budgeting processes.
 Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
 Administer user access and permissions according to established policies and procedures.
 Stay informed about security best practices and proactively address any vulnerabilities.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 Financial system know-how including OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Planful.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
 Effective communication and collaboration abilities; ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
 Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
 Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Education & Experience
 BachelorÂs degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems required.
 Five or more years of experience in system administration, preferably in an EPM environment or equivalent experience in a professional Finance or Accounting position, including direct experience maintaining financial systems.
Compensation and Benefits
 Annual pay range $105,000 - $113,000
 Bonus eligible depending on level offered
