As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Southwest Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive travel experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
 Provide information on flight schedules, bookings, and policies
