What youÂll be doingÂ
Responsible for the development and oversight of all data elements, reporting, and knowledge management related to DWP Mobility services. The expectation for this role is to create and maintain a data service, comprising multiple areas and services, and designed to display and report on all relevant mobility services data for daily operational review while identifying trends related to both systems and support with the expectation of constantly improving support and the employee experience. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the continuous upkeep of, and development of new service related knowledge based articles and Operational Run Books. The role is expected to also be customer focused and provide Tier 3 level Mobility support for employees as needed and some Project Management duties related to new mobility projects as they arise.

 Analyzing service-related data to proactively identify trends insights, create thresholds, and find efficiency improvements
 Defining and establishing analytic goals
 Providing data quality assessments for each data area and correcting / improving where possible
 Developing data reporting and modeling
 Understanding the Experience Level Agreements with a focus on the employee experience
