Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in our systems. Your primary focus will be to ensure data integrity, manage large volumes of information, and perform data cleanup tasks as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
 Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
 Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
 Maintain organized records and manage database systems.
 Perform data quality checks and cleanup activities.
 Handle and organize physical and digital documents.
 Generate and prepare data reports as needed.
 Collaborate with other departments to understand and support data needs.
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
 Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
 Suggest improvements to data entry and management processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
 0-2+ years of experience.
 Data Entry Specialist should have high school diploma. Candidate with some college experience or recent grads are welcome to apply.
 Previous Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
 Data Entry Specialist must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc.
 Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required for Data Entry Specialist role.
 Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus)
 Strong attention to detail.
 Excellent customer service skills - good communication skills.
 Verbally and in writing.
 Able to meet deadlines.
 Detail oriented.
 Willingness to ask questions.
 Quick learner.
 Able to carry out tasks with daily instructions.
