The Inside Sales Representative, ÂISRÂ, is responsible for customer relationship building to convert sales. The ISR will establish timely contact with qualified leads, educate customers and proactively manage their pipeline to generate new business from both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will manage high production volume with focus and effectiveness to win over customers with charisma, intelligence and knowledge of home repairs, renovations and maintenance. High performers will be offered opportunities to develop as a licensed real estate salesperson after successful completion of one year of employment and compensated with an uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets.
 Develop meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers to build trust
 Effectively manage a growing pipeline of customers are varying phases of the sales cycle
 Proactively initiate contact and ongoing customer care to increase sales conversions
 Meet monthly sales and production goals
 Improve sales skills on an ongoing basis to increase success rate
 Remote sales experience
 Entrepreneurial drive
 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast pace environment
 Strong communication skills
 Real estate experience a plus
 Four year degree a plus, sales experience will offset
 The desire for ownership and success within the role
 Track record of high achievement in a sales environment
 Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
 Respect for detail-oriented, data-driven sales processes
 Strong sense of urgency and ownership as well as a deep pride and desire to exceed goals
 Evidence of confidence, curiosity, creativity, coachability, optimism, initiative, and flexibility
 General knowledge or interest in learning about real estate
