Description WES is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent/Admin Assistant to provide exceptional customer support through live chat channels while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service to our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Â Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products. Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Â Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Â Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management. Â Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for... improvement. Â Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.
Requirements
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
 Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
 Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
 Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience.
 Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus
