What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to high volume clinician and patient billing inquiries across multiple communication platforms
• Maintain appropriate response times and effectively document billing-related inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Identify issues and propose potential improvements to existing processes
• Participate in various projects that encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in healthcare or call center environments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Bilingual capabilities
• Experience with alpha-numeric data entry and 10-key
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High energy and a self-starter attitude
