Support Coordinator (phone and chat)

Our Support Coordinators are expected to provide excellent customer service by taking and making calls from our clients and providing them with the most up to date solutions.  Manage inbound customer and partner calls and chats  Make outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed  Oversee day to day communication via phone and chat system  Consistent email interactions with our partners  Strong relationship with Field Leadership Team  On-Time delivery of communication  Strong understanding of process execution  Strong attention to detail  Fast typing skills  Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing atmosphere  Training of peers and occasional stretch assignments  Data Entry and Invoicing  Note orders accordingly based on customer/client communication
Qualifications and Education Requirements
 Experience in customer/vendor communication
 Experience in a high pace call center atmosphere (preferred)
 Experience using CRM software
 Experience using chat systems
 Customer service experience

 Attention to detail
 Problem Solving capabilities
 Good phone etiquette
 Ability to remain calm under pressure
 Ability Manage multiple calls simultaneously
 Ability to deescalate customer situations

Work Location:
 Home, with in-office training upon hire
