• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
