Requirements: • 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
