What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services

• Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments
• Perform general clerical duties and assist with various departmental tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services in a customer service role
• Ability to maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment
