Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Assist customers with booking and flight changes
• Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with Delta Airlines policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
• Process payments and refunds
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Offer support during emergencies or flight disruptions

Hourly Salary Range

$25 – $45 per hour

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
