Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-WE)

Key Responsibilities...
• Manage Shopify
• Create product descriptions
• Upload products and images
• Track analytics and regularly update client
• Create a consistent newsletter
• Manage Pinterest
• Assist with Quickbooks
• Work closely with client to create an editorial calendar
• Reach out and gather customer reviews
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
• Platforms:
• Shopify
• Quickbooks
• Pinterest
• Instagram
• Canva

Requirements
• Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
• Good grammar and ability to write
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• 10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
• Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
