Job Description
Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Remote Chat Support team. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to get you started.
Requirements
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Strong written communication skills
 Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
 Reliable internet connection
 Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
 Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating the internet
 Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
 Provide real-time chat support to Amazon customers
 Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
 Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
 Follow company policies and procedures
