What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide content-specific support and training for K-12 educators in blended and online learning programs
• Deliver workshops and sessions virtually or onsite, tailored to the needs of school districts
• Develop and modify individualized learning paths and classroom assessments for students
• Conduct engaging presentations to small and large groups of teachers and instructional personnel
• Travel to local school sites for professional development delivery as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• A bachelor's degree (graduate degree strongly preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with blended and/or online learning (5 or more years preferred)
• Current or past teaching certification highly preferred
• Experience delivering professional development, training, or consulting services in an educational environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online video chat software

• Experience in teaching and/or curriculum and instruction, including influencing key decision-makers
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
