Job Description

Requirements
 High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
 Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
 Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating online platforms.
 Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
 Able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
 Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
 Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
 Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding Amazon products and services.
 Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
 Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the system.
