Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or in person, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving a positive outcome. • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a precise and efficient manner. • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and... enhance the overall customer experience. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service or related role preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. • Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems). • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
