DATA ENTRY PROCESSOR

JOB SUMMARY...
Data Entry Processors are responsible for processing customer data and creating jobs for production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ensures data from the customer is secure and correct.
 Processes jobs as instructed in the job editor and per company protocol.
 Builds packets to be set out for print.
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING
 Jobs are correctly processed, and no rework is necessary.
 Jobs are processed to the customerÂs request ensuring no customer impacting issues.
 Ensuring usage of correct file with the correct client, all paperwork is included in the packet that goes to be printed, and Machine Operators have everything needed to print, insert, and mail jobs in a timely manner to meet daily deadlines.
 Accurate entering of information
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Education or job knowledge equivalent to a High School Diploma.
Experience:
No experience required.
Required Skills:
 Mathematical skills
 Communication skills
 Reasoning skills
 Computer skills  must be able to understand and appropriately utilize various internal software applications.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
This position requires contact primarily within the department and contact within the company on routine matters. Contact outside the company is minimal.
DECISION MAKING
This position requires work to be completed from detailed instructions; decisions are made occasionally.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Close Supervision. Assignments are primarily task-oriented and include detailed instructions. Follows established procedures for routine work; receives specific instruction on non-routine problems. Work is reviewed by for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
Note: Primarily a computer focused position. Must be able to work at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
