Responsibilities: • To satisfy customers and provide top-quality sales service requires co-workers to work together seamlessly and have expert knowledge of the products on offer • Meeting sales targets, creating memorable customer interactions, and meeting operational standards are all part of successful retail management • Holding yourself accountable is crucial to ensuring that you remain focused and accomplish your goals • Tailors the approach with every customer by utilizing open-ended questions to assess their specific needs • Competency in Gaining and Disclosing Mastery of Product Characteristics and Trends to Cater to Customers’ Desires • Demonstrates knowledge of all product information, including current and forthcoming product developments and industry trends • Promoting an environment of respect and inclusiveness can lead to increased levels of job satisfaction and improved overall mental health for employees

Qualifications: • Consistent Progress in Retail • To provide customers with the highest level of service, it's essential to feel confident and comfortable engaging with them • The love for customer interaction and athletic goods fuels a drive for excellence in results achievement • Commences executing assignments or undertakings without the need for constant monitoring • A non-traditional work schedule is essential for this position, including availability on weekends, holidays, and at night
