$20 - $25 per hour
We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Support representative to join our team. This position can be remote or office-based, providing assistance to customers through online chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat  Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions  Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong problem-solving abilities  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively  Previous customer service experience is a plus  Proficiency in typing and computer skills
Experience:
 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
 Experience with live chat support software is preferred
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour(Seattle WA)
