Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects for our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities...
• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales teams.
• Build marketing assets in Canva, Miro and on other data-visualization platforms.
• Onboarding new Retailer accounts, which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Building Sales and Performance Reports in Excel and Canva, using data organization and visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller platforms
• Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
• Performing online research and organizing findings.
• Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications: • Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva for light graphic design work (samples of Canva projects required). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive. • Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana and Trello. • Strong grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to draft professional communications. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Previous experience in a similar role or providing administrative support to sales teams. • Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools like Zoom and Slack. • Strong attendance record and commitment to consistency in a remote environment.

Requirements: • Previous experience in administrative, project support, or sales team support roles. • Intermediate to advance proficiency with spreadsheets. • Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with a remote team. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Must be available during business hours starting at 7AM Arizona time zone.
