 Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using provided tools and resources.
 Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
 Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
 Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
 Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
 Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
