Key Responsibilities
 Chart the Course: Define the vision and roadmap for our chat products using customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
 From Idea to Launch: Prioritize features, define requirements, and lead the development process from concept to launch.
 Data Detective: Utilize metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that optimize our products.
 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the board.
Requirements
 4+ years of product management or similar experience in a tech company.
 Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and make tough decisions.
 Strong understanding of customer needs with a passion for creating effective solutions.
 Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions.
 Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with chatbots or live chat products.
 Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Work Environment
